Senior SAP Business One Developer (SQL) - Manufacturing Environment

Customize and improve production scheduling visibility using the success of a shop floor management program

Enhance and refine MRP functionality

Develop custom dashboards and SQL views for machine capacity and shop floor reporting

Write and/or edit Crystal Reports

Build automation and workflow improvements

Improve production cost reporting

Improve shop floor management programs

Do you have experience in System performance optimization?, We are a precision manufacturing company located outside of Baltimore, Maryland running SAP Business One (SQL version) and are seeking a senior-level developer with strong software development and SQL experience to customize, optimize, and enhance our system to better support production, scheduling, MRP, reporting, and shop floor visibility. This is a technical development role - not a functional consulting or basic implementation position.

We are not looking for basic configuration support - we need someone who can write code, customize production logic, improve MRP, and develop advanced Crystal Reports in a manufacturing environment. Our company makes parts for high performance automotive applications (racecars).

This role is predominately onsite and can be a contract position with the possibility a full time position.

If you have deep SAP B1 manufacturing development experience, I’d welcome a conversation.

What we are looking for:

Advanced experience with SAP Business One (SQL version)

Strong Microsoft SQL Server skills (stored procedures, complex queries, performance optimization)

Experience with SAP B1 SDK (API) and add-on development

Advanced experience with SAP Crystal Reports

Deep understanding of SAP B1 manufacturing, production, inventory, and MRP tables

Experience in environments using CNC equipment, daily machining, or repeat manufacturing environments strongly preferred. Experience with shop floor management programs., 5+ years SAP Business One technical development experience

Proven manufacturing ERP customization experience

Comfortable working directly within SQL databases

Able to diagnose system gaps and build practical solutions, * What shop floor programs do you have experience with? Please use program names.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, * 401(k)
