IT Support Specialist - Greenville

• Assist office staff and field users with software and hardware problem resolution.
• Monitor helpdesk and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response within specified time frames.
• Document time spent and resolution details in ticketing system.
• Machine imaging using MDT/WDS/Intune.
• Windows Active Directory user account creation and management.
• Issue/replace hardware and software as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Stay up to date with current trends and be prepared to make recommendations.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in iOS support?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

• Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Windows 10, Office 365, Apple iOS, Networking.
• Active Directory account management.

Credentials and Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications desired.
• Two to three years’ experience in a support capacity in a user-oriented environment., Physical Demands: Employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry necessary IT equipment up to 50 pounds.

Travel Required: Travel may be required to remote offices and jobsites. Valid US driver’s license required.
