IT Asset Management Specialist

· Maintain accurate asset records within CMDB and asset tracking systems (Jira)

· Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and scheduled physical audits

· Track the full asset lifecycle, including receipt, deployment, relocation, and disposal

· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner

· Manage stock levels, including replenishment and enforcement of minimum inventory thresholds

· Support barcode and RFID tagging, scanning, and audit documentation

· Ensure compliance with asset management and audit standards

Do you have experience in Windows?, · Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Safely lift and move equipment up to approximately 50 lbs

· Perform frequent standing, walking, and hands-on handling of IT equipment in warehouse or site environments

Technical Environment & Minimum Requirements:

· Proven experience performing enterprise-level asset and inventory management.

· Strong experience supporting Windows desktop environments

· Proven hands-on experience with Office 365 at the deskside level

· Basic knowledge of device imaging, reimaging, and PC deployment best practices

· Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Certifications:

· Certifications such as A+, MCP, or ITIL are a plus but not required
