Job description

Ecolab is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to to lead incident response and drive service restoration across critical technologies and business services. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to coordinate communications, manage escalations, and improve incident management practices., Own and lead Major Incident Management (MIM) bridge calls from detection through resolution.

Coordinate triage, assignment, and escalation across technical teams to restore service quickly and safely.

Manage stakeholder communications, including status updates, timelines, and impact summaries.

Leverage monitoring and event management tooling to identify, correlate, and track incidents (e.g., SolarWinds, ThousandEyes).

Use ServiceNow to create, manage, and report on incidents, major incidents, and related records.

Support knowledge management by ensuring timely creation and maintenance of runbooks and knowledge articles.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

2 years’ experience in a monitoring and escalation role

ServiceNow experience

Experience with event/monitoring and collaboration tooling, including SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and xMatters

No Immigration Sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of Major Incident Management experience

5 years of ServiceNow experience

5 years of experience with event management and monitoring practices

5 years of SolarWinds, ThousandEyes and xMatters experience

Experience leading major incidents, including facilitation, decision support, and stakeholder communications

Demonstrated leadership skills, including driving alignment across teams during high-severity events

Experience contributing to knowledge management (runbooks, knowledge articles, and process documentation), Bachelor Degree

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
