Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst / Oracle HCM HR Helpdesk Lead - Hybrid | New York, NY

We are actively seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant, Oracle HCM Business Analyst, Oracle HR Helpdesk Lead, Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist, or Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation within one of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Oracle HR Helpdesk, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling, Absence Management, Benefits, and HR Service Delivery solutions., * Lead Oracle HR Helpdesk design, configuration, and implementation activities

• Configure case management workflows, routing rules, escalation paths, and SLA frameworks
• Design and maintain employee self-service knowledge bases, FAQs, and Oracle Cloud support content
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Benefits, and IT teams to support Oracle HCM initiatives
• Develop OTBI dashboards and reporting for case management metrics and SLA performance
• Support testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation optimization
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HR service delivery processes

Do you have experience in Time & attendance systems?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree required

• Oracle HCM Cloud experience required
• Experience with workforce scheduling platforms
• 2+ years implementing Oracle HR Helpdesk or similar HR service delivery platforms
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, ServiceNow HR, Salesforce Service Cloud, or related solutions
• Minimum of two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Position Management, Assignments, Locations, and Departments
• Experience configuring:
• Case Routing Rules
• Escalation Workflows
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Knowledge Management Solutions
• Employee Self-Service Portals
• Strong business analysis, system configuration, testing, and stakeholder management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience
• Public sector experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications
• Experience with PeopleSoft HR processes and Oracle Cloud migrations
