IT Help Desk Technician (Entry Level)

• Provide first-level technical support to users with hardware and software issues
• Respond to help desk requests and provide timely assistance
• Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, network, and system problems
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access requests
• Install and configure basic software and computer equipment
• Maintain support tickets and document issue resolutions
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams
• Help maintain IT equipment inventory and records
