Job description

We have a contract opportunity for an experienced HRIS Analyst to provide temporary support during a team member’s leave of absence. This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing Workday functionality while partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to support ongoing business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday administration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.

This is a contract position expected to run through October 31, 2026, and is not anticipated to convert to a full-time role., * Provide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings
  • Support Workday system enhancements, releases, upgrades, and testing activities
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
  • Perform audits, validations, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Assist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed
  • Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge transfer materials
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to HR systems and processes

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of hands-on HRIS experience with Workday administration and support
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving HR, Payroll, and IT teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting one or more of the following Workday functional areas:

  • Workday Integrations (CCB experience preferred)
  • Workday Payroll
  • Additional Workday functional modules and configurations
