IT Project Manager

Lead multiple IT application and software development projects from initiation through delivery Build and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or Project Online Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and reporting Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support development teams using Scrum/Kanban Create project charters, roadmaps, dashboards, and executive status reports Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and process documentation Ensure compliance with project milestones, contractual obligations, and organizational standards

Do you have a valid Certified Project Manager certification?, Do you have experience in Waterfall software development?, We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple software development and IT application projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments and be comfortable driving project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication with minimal supervision., 5+ years of Project Management experience in Software Development or IT Applications Strong experience with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies Proficiency with MS Project / Project Online for project scheduling and tracking Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Outlook Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills Experience reviewing contracts, extracting project scope, deliverables, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, CAPM, or equivalent Project Management certification Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science

$60 - $65 an hour - Contract
