Do you have experience in Waterfall software development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, GDOT is seeking an experienced IT Applications Project Manager to lead and manage multiple software development and IT application projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, strong expertise in Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies, and the ability to manage large-scale projects with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, stakeholder communication, contract and compliance tracking, risk management, project governance, documentation management, and status reporting. The Project Manager will collaborate with business, engineering, and vendor teams while utilizing tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills: 5+ years of IT applications or software project management experience Proficiency with MS Project or Project Online Experience managing projects in Waterfall and Agile environments Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience interpreting contractual requirements and translating them into actionable project plans

Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
