Design Liaison Engineer

• Partner with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to resolve hardware non-conformances
• Support design-for-manufacturing, producibility, and quality improvements
• Drive process improvements and defect reduction initiatives
• Support qualification of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and suppliers
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement activities
• Apply gas turbine design and manufacturing knowledge to improve product performance, quality, and cost
• Support qualification of castings, coatings, drilling, and other special processes

Do you have a valid Certified Quality Engineer certification?, Do you have experience in Statistical Process Control?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering?, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 2+ years of engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, * Gas Turbine experience, especially Hot Gas Path (HGP) components
• Manufacturing or production engineering experience
• Knowledge of NX, GD&T, and ANSYS
• Experience with lean manufacturing and statistical process control
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes
• Strong quality and customer-focused mindset
