Google Specialist

• Assist our customers with claiming and/or creating their Google Business Profile
• Solve issues, develop procedures, and communicate with Google to get our client’s correct information into Google’s map database.
• Monitor Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster accounts to identify and correct issues
• Create & Maintain Google Ads Accounts for PPC (pay per click) advertising
• Monitor Google Analytics for fluctuations that could signal search or performance issues
• Research in various industries to write content for websites with assistance
• Ensure that customer business information is accurate on a variety of search platforms such as Google Maps and Yelp
• Consistently adapt strategies and procedures in response to changes Google makes to their algorithm

• Customer Service experience a plus
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment

• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

• Ability to learn quickly
