Job description

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will serve as a critical guardian of product excellence by verifying technical specifications and ensuring every output meets rigorous standards. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through precise dimensional analysis and proactive process monitoring. Responsibilities

  • Validate product integrity by performing detailed dimensional measurements and comparing results against engineering blueprints.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing key performance indicators to identify and resolve production abnormalities.
  • Maintain the accuracy of inspection data by meticulously documenting findings in quality management databases and logs.
  • Ensure the reliability of testing tools by strictly adhering to calibration schedules and initiating timely equipment maintenance.
  • Uphold a culture of safety and compliance by strictly following established operational procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Streamline quality workflows by maintaining comprehensive records and accurate reporting for all inspected batches.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Quality control product testing?, * Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate documentation and digital records., * Experience with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality standards or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Prior experience in troubleshooting production process issues to reduce scrap or rework.
