Quality Assurance Technician

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in upholding product integrity by performing rigorous testing and meticulous documentation across production and logistics workflows. Your expertise in precision measurement will directly impact our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality components to our customers. Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive quality inspections to verify that all manufactured goods meet strict internal specifications.
• Utilize precision hand metrology tools, including calipers and micrometers, to perform accurate dimensional analysis.
• Maintain detailed quality control logs and data records to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure incoming and outgoing materials adhere to quality standards.
• Identify and document non-conforming products to prevent defects from reaching the final assembly stage.
• Perform routine gauge calibration and maintenance to ensure the reliability of all measurement equipment.

Do you have experience in Precision measurement in machining?, * Proven experience performing quality inspections within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency with precision measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and quality documentation.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workspace., * Prior experience specifically within the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Advanced knowledge of gauge measurement techniques and statistical process control.
• Experience utilizing quality management software for data entry and reporting.
