Deployment Technician (Entry Level)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who wants to start their career in the technology field. As a Deployment Technician, you’ll be hands-on with preparing and configuring devices such as tablets, laptops, and smartphones for our customers. This is an entry-level position - no advanced IT experience required. If you’re comfortable with technology, enjoy working with your hands, and want to grow in the tech/deployment space, this could be the right fit for you.

What You’ll Do

• Apply screen protectors, cases, and accessories to devices.
• Insert SIM cards and configure devices.
• Perform basic setup and software configuration.
• Check devices for quality and accuracy before shipping.
• Organize, package, and ship devices to clients.
• Work with the deployment team to meet daily and weekly goals.

Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent.

• Comfortable working with phones, Routers, tablets, and computers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 35-40 lbs as needed.

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Prior experience in retail tech, electronics, or warehouse/kitting work., * iOS: 1 year (Required)
• Mac OS: 1 year (Required)
• Apple repair: 2 years (Preferred)
• Tech hardware repair: 1 year (Preferred)
