This position has a home-based office in Metro Detroit and requires regular on-site work at our Berkley, MI office.

What You’ll Do
As an IT Specialist, you’ll apply established IT practices and company procedures to support day-to-day technology operations, including:
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot devices, and resolve IT tickets
- Assist with the setup of laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts for onboarding and offboarding
- Help maintain and monitor IT systems, including updates, patches, and basic system performance
- Collaborate with internal team members on IT-related projects and initiatives
- Support evaluation and use of AI tools and technology to improve workflows and efficiency
- Support tracking of IT assets, system access, and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and help implement solutions that improve efficiency, security, and user experience
- Promote security awareness and support cybersecurity best practices across the organization
- Handle technical and company information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrate and embrace the company’s guiding principles in daily work
This role involves semi-routine work with established procedures and offers guidance and support as you take on new assignments.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * Experience in IT support, systems, or related technologies (AI exposure is a plus)
- Comfortable working with end users, devices, and established IT processes
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team-based projects
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently within a part-time schedule
