Job description

Join our team in Harlan, Iowa, where your expertise will drive innovation and customer satisfaction. As a key technical liaison between product platforms and our Engineering division, you will craft tailor-made solutions by translating client needs into practical design proposals. You’ll be instrumental in guiding our Sales and Engineering teams with detailed system applications, using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to prepare technical drawings and schematics. Engage with cross-functional teams to refine product designs, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitate change initiatives.
