- Test and repair of products
- Support worldwide network of distributors and dealers with technical/installation issues
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product issues.
- Product research and development
- Assist with the creation of product literature (manuals, spec sheets, etc.)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Electrical troubleshooting?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, Qualifications: Understanding of electronics
- Able to read a schematic diagram
- Excellent phone/communication skills
- Computer hardware/software proficiency
- Experience installing car or home alarms is a plus
- Spanish is a plus
- Associate’s degree in electronics or engineering is preferred
