Entry-Level Product Tech Support

• Test and repair of products
• Support worldwide network of distributors and dealers with technical/installation issues
• Communicate with suppliers regarding product issues.
• Product research and development
• Assist with the creation of product literature (manuals, spec sheets, etc.)

Do you have experience in Electrical troubleshooting?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, Qualifications: Understanding of electronics

• Able to read a schematic diagram
• Excellent phone/communication skills
• Computer hardware/software proficiency
• Experience installing car or home alarms is a plus
• Spanish is a plus
• Associate’s degree in electronics or engineering is preferred
