Job description

We are seeking a Implementation Specialist to support our sales and project management teams by ensuring all equipment deployments are properly planned, configured, and executed.

This role is critical to delivering a smooth customer onboarding experience. You will be responsible for performing site surveys, pre-installation configuration, light technical setup, and end-user training, allowing our service technicians to focus on core mechanical/service work., * Conduct on-site surveys for new customer installations

  • Gather and document critical technical information including:
  • Device make/model and fleet details
  • Network information (IP addresses, subnet, gateways)
  • Scan-to-email (SMTP) settings
  • Address books and user workflows
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to prepare installations
  • Pre-configure devices prior to deployment to ensure plug-and-play setup
  • Program:
  • Scan workflows (email, folder, etc.)
  • Print drivers and default settings
  • Device address books and user access
  • Provide on-site customer training during and after installation
  • Ensure a clean handoff to service/technician teams
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity and configuration issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of each deployment

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, This is an ideal role for someone who is technically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with customers., * 1-3 years of experience in a technical support, field service, or IT-related role preferred

  • Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (IP addresses, DNS, SMTP, etc.)
  • Experience with copiers/MFPs, print environments, or IT services is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
