• Manage computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, ensuring they operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot software issues related to applications such as Microsoft Office suite
• Maintain and support computer networking infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and switches to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrade of operating systems and software applications.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure components
• Support security protocols by configuring and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and other cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.
• Collaborate with team members to document procedures, update knowledge bases, and improve overall IT support processes.

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, * Proven experience in providing IT support with a strong understanding of desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems such as Windows

• Knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with software troubleshooting for common applications like Microsoft Office
• Experience managing computer hardware components and performing system upgrades or repairs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of JobBoss and Crystal reports helpful.
