In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting computer networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless connectivity across our organization. Your expertise will help keep our systems secure, efficient, and reliable, empowering teams to perform at their best every day. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving technical challenges with enthusiasm, this position is perfect for you!, * Provide technical support for computer networking issues, including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and operating systems such as Windows and macOS

  • Assist users with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation across various platforms
  • Manage computer systems and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Monitor IT infrastructure components using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, and help desk ticketing systems to track issues and resolutions
  • Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure secure and reliable connectivity
  • Support the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory or similar systems
  • Collaborate with team members to diagnose network problems quickly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Proven experience in IT support with a focus on computer networking, hardware management, or help desk roles

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, and their troubleshooting procedures
  • Familiarity with network security protocols such as VPNs and firewalls to protect organizational data
  • Experience managing computer hardware components and performing software troubleshooting tasks
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA or equivalent are preferred but not required
