Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Candidates with experience in desktop support, cabling, hardware troubleshooting, smart hands support, and basic networking are encouraged to apply., * IT support or desktop support experience

Basic networking knowledge
Experience with Windows environments
Strong troubleshooting skills

Preferred:

CCNA or Network+ certification
Cabling/fiber experience
Smart hands experience
