Job description

Create efficient SQL queries and conduct initial data analysis to identify patterns within clinical and membership data.
Manage the full cycle of analytical projects, from understanding business needs to delivering definitive solutions.
Combine data from various sources to develop strategic recommendations for healthcare initiatives.
Collaborate with data teams to develop analytical tools and insights that impact program performance.
Present findings clearly, tailoring communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

:Experience with SQL and statistical programming languages such as Python or R
.Proven ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights
.Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques, including experimentation methods like A/B testing
.Strong storytelling skills for communicating complex results effectively
.Prior experience in healthcare or related fields is preferred
