Project Manager/Scrum Master

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead complex enterprise software initiatives and drive successful project delivery. • Lead project planning sessions, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements using tools such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to promote transparency and team collaboration.
• Manage project schedules and track progress using Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and other project management software.
• Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to develop detailed user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of enterprise software solutions by managing dependencies across teams, ensuring adherence to PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standards.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests; develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), analyze results, and support successful project deployment while managing release schedules and version control.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to integrate cloud computing solutions such as AWS while ensuring compliance with IT governance policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing Kanban or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for project needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through detailed reports, presentations, and status updates to foster transparency and buy-in. Experience

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Proven experience managing complex enterprise software projects within an Agile environment; SAFe certification is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including PMBOK, SDLC frameworks, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting involving software development, IT infrastructure upgrades, or cloud computing initiatives.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis skills, user acceptance testing (UAT), and project implementation processes.
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL and Oracle; experience working with test-driven development (TDD) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills combined with strong organizational skills; capable of negotiating priorities among diverse stakeholders.
