Job description

The Vice President, Digital Investment will be responsible for activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation., Role Objectives:

  • Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital and traditional media
  • Plays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and reporting
  • Training/Support of junior team in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and research
  • Assist in presentation of data, insights and media to clients
  • Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints, i.e. digital, social, video
  • Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value

  • Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations

  • Draw actionable insights based off syndicated data, Nielsen, ComScore
  • Build relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan
  • Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clients

  • Maintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms
  • Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines
  • Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 10+ years of digital and video media buying experience
  • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
  • Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
  • Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.

  • Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends
  • Experience with upfronts

  • Experience with Prisma and experience with Research tools such as Nielsen, comScore highly preferred

Benefits & conditions

Compensation Range: $149,000 - $199,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 8/1/2026., Compensation Range: USD $149,340.00 - USD $239,148.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
