Job description

We’re partnering with our client to find a Technical Program Manager (Gaming) to coordinate important development programs and projects and lead integrations across their game platforms. This is a remote role expected to go 12 months in duration., * Align autonomous teams toward complex cross-business unit programs focused on strategic technology priorities.

  • Develop program plans with cross-functional partners including creative, architecture, operations, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Share and drive delivery methodologies and processes to help teams achieve program goals.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage planning for medium to large project teams.Track program performance against milestones, managing risks and issues across programs and teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Must have 4+ years of relevant industry experience in gaming.

  • Strong teamwork, team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with iterative development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile, including use of supporting tools like JIRA.
  • Experience with software development, infrastructure, or live operations management.Familiarity with technical project components including architecture, tools, and deployment practices used by development teams.
