What You’ll Do

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for enterprise applications.
• Design and build scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish technical standards.
• Deliver high-quality production software while influencing architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with product, cloud, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Lead proof-of-concepts, innovation initiatives, and platform modernization efforts.

We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead enterprise-scale software development initiatives and drive technical excellence across engineering teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and the Java ecosystem., * 10+ years of software engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
• Expertise in system integrations and enterprise application development.
• Experience leading architecture and delivery across large-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred

• Kafka/Confluent and integration middleware experience.
• AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Spring Boot expertise.
• Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace or Datadog.
• Exposure to AI/ML, LLM integrations, and agentic frameworks.
• Enterprise, EdTech, or regulated industry experience.
