IT Technician I - Learning Technologies

• Provide Villanova faculty/staff/students with Learning Management System (Blackboard and Brightspace) support and other Villanova supported learning technologies support (e.g. Zoom, Respondus, VoiceThread, etc…)
• Assist with UTS-Learning Technologies answering and completing service requests from Villanova faculty/students/staff
• Assist UTS-Learning Technologies staff with projects as needed
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and assist in process improvement projects.
• Other tasks as assigned

A commitment to excellent customer service Excellent written and oral communication skills Comfortable with technology and ability to troubleshoot in Windows, MAC OS, as well as mobile environments Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Blackboard or Brightspace) and video conferencing technology (Zoom) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable once shifts/hours are agreed upon.
