Job description

  • Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware and server infrastructure
  • Perform break-fix troubleshooting on servers, racks, and network hardware
  • Handle server rack installations, cabling (fiber and copper), and hardware intake
  • Perform diagnostics and use testing equipment to resolve hardware issues
  • Follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety procedures
  • Support data center infrastructure operations and maintenance
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and operational reviews
  • Shadow senior technicians and complete technical training modules
  • Contribute to efficiency improvement projects and operational initiatives
  • Document troubleshooting steps and maintain operational logs
