Workday Solution Architect

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead large-scale Workday transformation programs and drive strategic HR technology initiatives. This role combines deep Workday expertise with executive-level program leadership to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide solutions. You will be responsible for defining solution architecture, managing complex program delivery, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities ️ Solution Architecture & StrategyLead the design and architecture of Workday solutions across HCM, Finance, and/or Planning modulesDefine scalable, secure, and integrated Workday architectures aligned to enterprise strategyDrive roadmap planning and transformation initiatives Qualifications & Experience10+ years of experience in enterprise HR systems, with strong Workday expertiseProven experience in solution architecture and program deliveryExperience leading large-scale Workday implementations or transformationsStrong knowledge of Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, etc.)Demonstrated success managing complex programs and stakeholder relationshipsExperience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plusExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
