Job description

  • Conduct patent litigation and IPR proceedings before the PTAB.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals in developing legal strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents with exceptional writing skills.
  • Advise clients on patent and intellectual property matters.

Requirements

A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior litigation associate with expertise in computer hardware and software for its Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)., * 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and IPR proceedings.

  • At least 4 years of solid litigation experience.
  • Exceptional writing skills are essential.
  • USPTO registration number preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Certifications

  • USPTO registration number preferred., * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
