Epic Certified Application Analyst - Tapestry (Intermediate / Senior / Expert) - Remote

We are seeking Intermediate, Senior, and Expert Epic Certified Application Analysts to join our growing healthcare IT team. This is a 100% remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere within the United States., * Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications to support business and operational needs.

• Analyze existing workflows and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Epic solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and implement application enhancements.
• Support Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and ongoing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while providing ongoing application support.
• Perform system validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Participate in project planning, system upgrades, and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Epic solutions.

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * Active Epic Certification in at least one Epic application.

• 3+ years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with Epic application configuration, implementation, optimization, testing, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and Epic application lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working directly with business users, operational leaders, and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred QualificationsEpic Tapestry Certification (Highly Preferred), * Experience leading or supporting Epic implementations and optimization projects.

• Experience with production support, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading small project teams., * Do you currently hold an active Epic Certification?
