Job description
Perform imaging of new laptops using standardized enterprise images provided by the client.
Build and configure devices from the designated staging location (Port of Miami).
Ensure all devices are compliant with organizational security standards through Intune enrollment.
Coordinate distribution of new devices and collection of legacy devices.
Guide users to back up data to OneDrive prior to transition.
Coordinate shipping of devices to remote users via FedEx and track deliveries.
Update asset records at every lifecycle stage.
Requirements
Expertise in Windows & Mac OS device setup and configuration
