IT Administrator

This IT Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT equipment and systems. This person will also be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring the ongoing system services., * Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cabling.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, utilizing diagnostic and tracking tools as needed.
• Provide expert technical support to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of various systems.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of phone systems ensuring communication infrastructure stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend vendor selection and equipment selection.
• Design and execute backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for the IT systems and telecommunications services.
