Job description

  • Develop and execute product strategies, vision, and roadmaps for enterprise applications and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, manage backlogs, and create user stories.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum delivery efforts in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Conduct data analysis and process mapping to support operational improvements.
  • Oversee enterprise integrations, APIs, and cross-functional system implementations.
  • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, providing updates and presentations as needed.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and prioritization sessions with stakeholders.
  • Drive outcomes across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts for new systems and processes.

Requirements

The IT Product Manager IV will play a critical role in supporting strategic safety initiatives within Tech Ops. This position involves partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to define product vision, manage priorities, and drive delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to deliver impactful results., * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, science, math, or a related field (MS or MBA preferred).

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing products through their entire lifecycle.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or industrial supply distribution.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, digital platforms, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with change management and driving user adoption for new systems.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a strong ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive timelines.

Pay Range: $60 - $65/Hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
