Job description

  • Drive enterprise CRM strategy, innovation roadmap, and architectural governance across multiple business workstreams.
  • Partner with Abbott leadership to define technology direction, standards, best practices, and modernization initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, AI, Mobile, Data, and Integration domains.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and next-generation customer engagement capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level communications.
  • Own delivery oversight and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

12 to 15 years’ experience,

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Org Strategy & roadmap
  • Multi-org Salesforce strategy
  • Org rationalization and consolidation
  • Platform governance and decision frameworks
  • Data governance and stewardship
  • Release and environment management
  • Demand intake and prioritization processes
  • Architecture Review Board (ARB) setup
  • Salesforce CoE establishment and operating cadence
  • Executive KPI and value realization reporting
