As an Administrator, you will manage documents, update case files, and ensure everything is organized and compliant with industry standards. You will also assist the team with various tasks, helping to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule., * Manage and update case files in the firm’s system.

- Review and handle incoming legal correspondence, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and manage case information in the firm’s system.
- Assist with preparing invoices and ensuring accuracy.
- Support the legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Typing?, * Previous experience in professional services as an administrator
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document management systems.
