MES Solution Architect - Siemens Opcenter/CAMSTAR

The largest device company in the world - with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care - is hiring an MES Solution Architect to join their team! We are specifically looking for someone with specialized skills in Siemens Opcenter/CAMSTAR software!, * Conduct fit gap analysis to evaluate manufacturing requirements against Opcenter standard capabilities.

• Design end to end MES solutions that support manufacturing operations, traceability, quality, and compliance.
• Develop solution blueprints, system architectures, data models, and technical design documentation.
• Ensure solutions align with ISA 95 principles and enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and build Opcenter customizations including services, rules, events, extensions, and UI components.
• Architect and implement integrations between Opcenter and ERP (e.g., SAP), PLM, SCADA, automation, historians, and other enterprise systems.
• Design and develop interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, messaging frameworks, or Opcenter Integration Frameworks.
• Support MES deployment activities including configuration, technical testing, validation, and release readiness.
• Translate business and manufacturing requirements into MES functional and technical specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8-10 years of experience working with Siemens Opcenter/CAMSTAR software
• Experience designing and implementing MES customizations and integrations
• Strong understanding of MES architecture, manufacturing systems, and shop floor operations.
• Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, web services).
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
