MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As a MES Solution Architect Manager, you steer strategic MES design and delivery for clients, translating business needs into scalable architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You’ll lead multidisciplinary projects from requirements to deployment, while guiding transformation opportunities in manufacturing operations. Collaborate with senior leaders to shape modern, data-driven MES solutions that drive efficiency and value. This role blends advisory, architecture, and delivery across a global consulting team. Compensation / Benefits * Lead stakeholder discussions to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional/technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, Aveva, including configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Drive project delivery activities from requirements gathering to post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities and transformation opportunities across manufacturing operations * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and solving complex client challenges Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years MES experience with 5+ years implementing Apriso/Opcenter/Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specs, configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
