MES Solution Architect Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manufacturing Execution Systems Solution Architect Manager, you will drive MES transformations for manufacturing clients, shaping scalable architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva. You’ll lead client discussions, design end-to-end solutions, and oversee delivery from requirements to post-go-live support. You’ll advise leadership on transformation opportunities and contribute to practice development. This role blends technology leadership with cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable manufacturing improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with client stakeholders to define MES needs and translate them into scalable designs * Design functional and technical MES architectures across Apriso, Opcenter, and Aveva, covering configuration, integration, deployment, and upgrades * Oversee project delivery across requirements, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support * Advise senior leaders on MES capabilities, implementation approaches, and transformation opportunities * Contribute to practice development by sharing knowledge and supporting innovation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience including 5+ years implementing Apriso, Opcenter, or Aveva * 5+ years in requirements gathering, analysis, design, data mapping, specification development, configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and quantify improvements * Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% and willingness to work with clients * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
