Change and Insight Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the ambitious and innovative Data Insight Team within our busy Highways Operation Centre. All the posts in our team are a mix of remote and office working, with the latter being based in the historic City of Winchester. A Change and Insight Officer is required to lead or assist with ongoing service delivery improvements through process review, digital innovation, and data insight, to enable efficient running and delivery of the Hampshire Highways service., Hampshire County Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults. This varied role will involve the development our digital capabilities by using Microsoft 365 applications to enhance our data insight. The ideal candidate with have experience of developing Power BI reports, complex SQL data queries and a willingness to explore new tools and technologies such as Power Apps and Power Automate to drive further service improvements., We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team as we drive digital innovation and deliver actionable data insights that support continuous improvement across Highways.
