Job description
- Eligibility determination
- Plan comparison

Role Summary
- Key member of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Leads multiple large-scale, complex IT initiatives

Responsible for:
- Project planning and execution
- Stakeholder coordination
- Timeline, scope, and budget management, * Develop and execute comprehensive project plans
- Define project requirements with stakeholders
- Manage project lifecycle including scope and change control
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Align tasks, timelines, and resources with milestones
- Track defects and ensure proper testing processes
- Report status, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Identify and manage project risks
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams
- Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and SDLC
- Mentor junior team members
- Support additional PMO activities as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years managing complex IT projects concurrently
- 5+ years managing large-scale applications across environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in:
- Conflict resolution
- Consensus building
- Matrix resource management
Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Project tools (Project, Visio, etc.)
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly, * Experience with government or health-related systems
- Experience in eligibility and enrollment platforms
- Prior contract-based experience
- Experience working in smaller PMO teams
- Ability to work effectively in remote environments
- Regional proximity for occasional onsite work
Certifications (Mandatory)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
Education

Bachelor’s degree in:
- Business
- Computer Science
- Or related technical field
