Salesforce Developer

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems in Salesforce, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

Key activities:

• Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Support configuration tasks including workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and reports
• Participate in requirementgathering sessions and help document technical specifications
• Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support deployments through established changemanagement processes
• Maintain compliance with federal security, accessibility, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and agency policies.

• Foundational knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, or similar)
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities
• Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to learn in a structured environment
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I)
