Business Support and Intelligence Officer

• Produce, compile, and analyse performance and operational data
• Develop reports to identify trends and support service improvement
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and interpret statistical information
• Support performance monitoring across the Community Safety service
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with data protection requirements
• Provide business support to enable effective team management and planning
• Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team

Do you have experience in Tableau?, This role is ideal for a detail-focused and analytical individual with strong data handling skills, who is confident working with complex information to support operational decision-making and service improvement., * Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, or business support roles

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to interpret and present complex data clearly
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles
• Experience within local authority or public sector environments is desirable, * Hybrid working with a minimum of one day per week in the office (Torquay), * data analysis, reporting, or business support: 1 year (required)

• Part of a small team supporting Community Safety services
• Initial contract length of 3 months with potential for extension
• Start date expected early July
