Digital Marketing & IT Assistant

• Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns
• Managing and creating social media content
• Producing short-form YouTube and social media videos
• Designing website marketing assets including banners, widgets, and promotional graphics
• Assisting with website content updates and online promotions
• Supporting general marketing and administrative tasks
• Helping maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
• Collaborate with team members to analyse and resolve technical problems
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of office IT infrastructure
• Provide basic desktop support for Windows operating systems
• Manage and maintain the website using an e-commerce system

This is a varied role ideal for somebody with a strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and website management. You will be involved in day-to-day marketing activities across multiple platforms while supporting the ongoing growth of the brand online., * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation
• Experience using Canva and Microsoft Outlook
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate will be creative, organised, and enthusiastic about digital marketing and content creation. We are looking for someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects and is keen to develop their skills within a fast-paced environment., * GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
