Sabine Klauke

Sabine Klauke is an energetic leader with a distinguished career in the aerospace industry, marked by a deep commitment to digital transformation and sustainable innovation. As the Airbus Group CTO and Head of Engineering for the Commercial Aircraft branch (2021–2025) and now EVP Head of Digital Design Manufacturing and Services since July 2025, Sabine is at the forefront of the industry’s technological and sustainable future. She is currently leading the development and implementation of an end-to-end digitalized value chain across all Airbus divisions, being a critical enabler for next-generation programmes. Joining Airbus in 2002, she held a variety of leadership positions, contributing to major programmes such as the A380 and A350. Her roles spanned strategic change projects, operational leadership roles in production, customer services, programmes and engineering, demonstrating a broad expertise in uniting diverse technical and business perspectives. She began her career at DELMIA, where she played a pivotal role in digitizing production processes for the automotive and aerospace sectors. Sabine holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Dresden University of Technology and is a graduate of the INSA Hauts de France.
