• Experience: 5+ years building and scaling SaaS applications
• Location: EU-based
• Speed with Sanity – You ship features quickly, but not at the expense of maintainability; you favour the fastest fit today while laying foundations for tomorrow.

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on Azure experience
• Domain exposure in real estate or prop tech
• Experience in B2B SaaS.

Role Overview
As our inaugural Full-Stack Developer, you’ll own the end-to-end build and evolution of the product from go-to-market forward. You won’t be fielding customer calls—that’s on us. Instead, you’ll convert the roadmap and prioritized feature requests defined by the founders into robust, scalable code and systems. 

Primary Goals (First 3–6 Months) 

• Architect and deliver a “Data Quality Gateway” module
• Harden stability and scalability of the app
• Implement new features and modules according to the founders’ specification

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Development: Build UIs (React + Tailwind), corresponding REST APIs (Python/Flask), and database schemas (SQL).
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Define CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and maintain Azure resources (bonus).
• Ownership & Leadership: Serve as the go-to engineer for all product tech decisions and lay the groundwork for future team expansion. 

 Compensation & Benefits 

• Salary: €35,000–€50,000 per year
