Technical Supervisor - Data Centre (Brussels)

As Technical Supervisor, you'll lead a team of 4 highly skilled day technicians responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure that delivers 99.999% uptime to global cloud and AI clients.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support 4 multi-skilled technicians delivering maintenance and operations across electrical, mechanical, and building services systems.
• Oversee HV/LV systems, UPS, standby generators, chillers, cooling plant, BMS, and fire suppression.
• Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective works are completed safely, efficiently, and to Tier III standards.
• Act as technical escalation point for incidents, coordinating fault diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with all Health & Safety, permit-to-work, and environmental policies.
• Support the Data Centre Manager with energy-efficiency initiatives, asset reliability projects, and continuous improvement programmes.

• €66,000 annual salary + overtime plus comprehensive benefits.
