Data Center Manager

We're recruiting for a Data Center Manager to join a brand-new, AI-ready Tier III facility in the heart of Brussels a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within one of Europe's most advanced critical environments.

You'll lead a 15-person onsite team (Shift Technicians & Team Leaders) and own day-to-day technical operations, uptime and safety across a mission-critical site serving global clients.

The facility features a 2N substation capacity with N+1 redundancy across supporting systems, designed for 99.999% availability and world-class performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach and develop the on-site engineering team (c.15 headcount).
• Manage a €2M budget
• Manage electrical, mechanical and building services (HV/LV, UPS, generators, cooling, BMS, fire safety).
• Ensure 24/7 resilience, incident readiness and compliance withTier III standards.
• Oversee maintenance planning, change control and root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency and operational best practice.
• Interface with stakeholders and customers to deliver exceptional service.

• Proven leadership in data centres or comparable critical environments (hospital, pharma, airport, industrial).
• Hands-on knowledge of HV/LV power, UPS, generators, cooling and BMS.
• Track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in a 24/7 setting.
• Excellent communication skills; English (French/Dutch a plus).
• Able to work onsite in Brussels; EU work rights required.

• €85,000 - €103,000 + Bonus Scheme + Benefits
• Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
