Job description

The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Operation Support Team Leader and be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality service administration for a defined CSO area.
  • Managing internal orders and follow-up.
  • Handling intercompany and customer billing for Service Engineers.
  • Preparing administration for customer training.
  • Managing and following up on service contracts.
  • Ensuring compliance with global standards and local requirements.
  • Supporting travel arrangements for Service Engineers.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice implementation.

Requirements

A successful Service Administrator should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of administration experiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Is great in numerical and analytical skills and is able to handle complex subjects.
  • Loves working in dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Service Minded and good cooperation with other departments and colleagues.
  • Self-driven, independent personality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Dutch and /or French.
  • Good computer skills (MS office, Outlook, .) Knowledge of SAP is a big plus., * Français (atout)
