Job description

  • Oversee end-to-end order processing.
  • Ensure punctual and accurate order handling and documentation.
  • Manage order processing, EDI orders.
  • Plan and coordinate transportation.
  • Ensure proper coordination and follow-up of shipments.
  • Handle administration and invoicing.
  • Provide feedback to customers through various channels (email, phone, EDI).
  • Manage the collaboration with specific subcontractors, in accordance with the SLAs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this specific "Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator" position would have the following skills:

  • Ideally you have a bachelor or a master.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in logistics or customer service roles.
  • An experience in a multicultural / international work environment is a great plus.
  • You are an advanced knowledge of MS Suite & ideally SAP.
  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player mindset.
