Job description
- Oversee end-to-end order processing.
- Ensure punctual and accurate order handling and documentation.
- Manage order processing, EDI orders.
- Plan and coordinate transportation.
- Ensure proper coordination and follow-up of shipments.
- Handle administration and invoicing.
- Provide feedback to customers through various channels (email, phone, EDI).
- Manage the collaboration with specific subcontractors, in accordance with the SLAs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this specific "Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator" position would have the following skills:
- Ideally you have a bachelor or a master.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in logistics or customer service roles.
- An experience in a multicultural / international work environment is a great plus.
- You are an advanced knowledge of MS Suite & ideally SAP.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player mindset.
